Tesla Model 3 Performance Brings 303 Miles Of Range According To EPA Estimated

Tesla’s high-performance electric vehicle (EV) Model 3 Performance has now received its official Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) range estimate. As of now, the Model 3 Performance has 303 miles of range on a single charge, 7 miles more than the company’s estimates. 

With an updated starting price of $54,990 for the second time, the Model 3 Performance initially was estimated by Tesla to have 296 miles of range. As the EPA estimated that it actually has 303 miles of range, the Model 3 Performance has become slightly more appealing as it crosses over the 300-mile point in its range capacity. 

In comparison to other Tesla Model 3 trims, the Model 3 Performance has more range than the Tesla Model 3 Rear-Wheel Drive (RWD) trim with an EPA estimated range of 272 miles but less than the Model 3 Long Range All-Wheel-Drive (AWD) with an EPA estimated range of 341 miles.

Furthermore, the Tesla Model 3 Performance comes eligible with the federal EV tax credit of $7,500, making its starting price to $47,490. With the price of the Model 3 Performance below the $50,000 price point and possessing above 300 miles of range, the justification to consider this particular Tesla model appears more enticing.
