Polestar plans to convert its Swedish holding company into a Dutch B.V. as part of an effort to create a leaner corporate structure. Under the proposal, Polestar Performance AB would remain the same legal entity while changing its registered office, legal form and governing corporate law from Sweden to the Netherlands, with operations and headquarters planned to remain in Gothenburg.
