Porsche Offers Tesla Owners Discounts Up To $4,500 for Taycan EV

Porsche has revealed an enticing offer for electric vehicle (EV) owners, particularly those with Tesla models. In detail, Porsche is extending discounts of up to $4,500 for those interested in purchasing or leasing the latest iteration of its all-electric Taycan model.

If you are interested in this deal, the Welcome to Porsche Program offers generous discounts for Tesla owners considering making the switch to the Taycan with the 2024 and 2025MY Taycan models. In this program, buyers who are financing or leasing a competitive EV such as a Tesla EV model, can receive up to $4,500 off the purchase or lease of a new Taycan model according to CarsDirect.

Furthermore, the payment credit provided by Porsche will be based on the number of days remaining on the customer’s current lease. Those with leases expiring within 31 to 60 days are eligible for one credit ($1,500), while those with leases expiring within 61 to 90 days can receive two credits ($3,000). Buyers with leases expiring within 91 to 180 days are eligible for the full three credits, totaling up to $4,500 in savings. 

Since Porsche’s Taycan debut back in 2019, this EV model has been a stand-out performer in the EV market for its luxurious and high-performance specs. With the latest introduction of the 2025 Porsche Taycan, the enhancements have been focused on increasing range of up to an estimate of 325 miles for the larger battery pack, improving performance from 0 to 60 mph acceleration in 4.3 seconds, and fast charging capabilities from 10% to 80% in about 18 minutes. 

Notably, the offer is part of Porsche’s strategy to boost demand for its EV lineup, particularly as the company gears up for the launch of its second EV model, the Macan EV. The Macan EV will have a starting price of $78,800 and will be produced at Porsche’s Leipzig plant.
