Porche Launches New GTS, Taycan 4, And Sport Turismo Variants That Deliver Unmatched Performance And Efficiency

Porsche is continuing to expand and refine its flagship Taycan electric vehicle (EV) lineup, unveiling three new models that offer a compelling blend of performance, range, and style.

According to Porsche, the company is launching the new Taycan GTS, Taycan GTS Sport Turismo, and an all-new entry-level Taycan 4 sports sedan. These additions bring the total number of Taycan variants to 16, giving customers an unprecedented level of choice within Porsche’s EV portfolio.
“With the extremely wide-ranging Taycan line-up, we meet a wide range of customer wishes and mobility needs,” stated Kevin Giek, Vice President of the Taycan model line. “Our three latest innovations exemplify this exceptional breadth.”

The new Taycan GTS, available in both sedan and Sport Turismo body styles, sits between the Taycan 4S and range-topping Taycan Turbo models. It packs up to 690 horsepower with the standard Sport Chrono package’s push-to-pass function, allowing it to sprint from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.1 seconds. The GTS also features a distinctive exterior and interior styling package, as well as a more powerful Electric Sport Sound system.

Rounding out the new offerings is the Taycan 4, which brings all-wheel drive to the entry-level Taycan for the first time. Depending on the battery pack, the Taycan 4 can produce up to 429 horsepower and travel up to 643 km (400 miles) on a single charge, making it the most efficient all-wheel drive (AWD) Taycan model.

Across the board, the 2025 Taycan lineup benefits from a host of enhancements compared to the previous generation. All models feature more power, longer driving ranges, faster charging, and revised styling. Porsche has also expanded the Taycan’s color palette, with new hues like Slate Grey Neo and Purple Sky Metallic joining the options list.
With the introduction of these three new variants, the diverse lineup caters to a wide range of customer preferences, from the high-performance Turbo GT to the efficient and practical Taycan 4. Porsche is clearly committed to maintaining the Taycan’s reputation for dynamic driving and luxury, all while embracing the shift towards electrification.
