Yoshi Mobility’s Presents First Ever EV Mobile Charging Unit ‘On Wheels’ 

Nashville-based mobile car care company Yoshi Mobility has debuted its high-power mobile charging unit for electric vehicles (EVs). This mobile charging unit capable of moving around on its wheels is designed to help EV owners who need mobile EV charging. 

The mobile charging unit comes with Yoshi Mobility’s charger possessing the first electric and zero-emission mobile charger that can charge at 240kW in the EV market. It can also provide multiple charges to a fleet of EVs in one trip or thousands of EVs according to Yoshi Mobility.

Furthermore, Yoshi Mobility stated that it has already deployed its EV charging solutions to service “major OEMs, autonomous vehicle companies, and rideshare operators” in the U.S. with its initial buyers being large EV operators that handle hundreds of light-duty vehicles needing up to 1 megawatt of energy per day. 

Dan Hunter, Yoshi Mobility’s Chief EV Officer and Co-Founder, expressed enthusiasm for the mobile charging unit stating, “Our team built this first-of-its-kind charging solution by leveraging our deep engineering expertise and experience building automotive-focused technologies.”

Bryan Frist, Yoshi Mobility’s CEO & Co-Founder, also expresses enthusiasm for the mobile charging unit and its role in EV adoption stating, “We believe that this mobile solution will play a critical role in expediting the adoption of electric vehicles nationwide. It is one more product that we have built for our fleet customers, and it furthers our mission to make car ownership and management frictionless.”

Yoshi Mobility has stated that the price will be based on location and the enterprise’s charging needs with its service able to deploy to U.S. buyers within 10 days. With companies including Yoshi Mobility creating innovative technologies that push EV adoption, the transition to electric mobility will be streamlined as EV charging technology becomes more highly developed.
