Xpeng is reportedly planning two additional models for its budget-focused Mona lineup as it looks to build on the success of the M03 sedan.

According to Chinese media reports, the automaker is developing an entry-level SUV and what could become its first station wagon, further expanding the product family that has become a major contributor to the company’s sales growth.

Mona lineup set to grow to five models

According to 21jingji, Xpeng is developing an A-segment SUV codenamed D11 and a station wagon, codenamed D11T, for the Mona brand.

The D11 is expected to measure about 4.4 meters in length and carry a starting price of roughly 100,000 yuan (about $14,700), positioning it as one of the most affordable vehicles in Xpeng’s portfolio, according to CNEV Post.

The D11T would mark Xpeng’s first station wagon, also known as a shooting brake. The model is expected to combine sedan-like driving dynamics with the added cargo space and practicality typically associated with SUVs.

The new vehicles would join the M03 sedan, the upcoming L03 SUV, and the planned L05 SUV, bringing the Mona lineup to five models.

Analysts note that differentiating the compact D11 from the similarly sized L03 may become an important challenge as the lineup expands.

Mona has become central to Xpeng’s growth

The Mona lineup has played a key role in Xpeng’s recovery over the past year.

During the first five months of 2026, Xpeng delivered approximately 125,800 vehicles, with the M03 accounting for nearly 48,000 units, or about 40% of the company’s total deliveries.

Since launching more than 600 days ago, the M03 has accumulated approximately 280,000 deliveries, averaging more than 13,000 vehicles per month.

The next addition to the lineup, the L03, is scheduled for its global debut in Munich on July 16 after opening for pre-sales with a starting price of 143,800 yuan.

Looking ahead, Deutsche Bank analysts expect the L03 to achieve average monthly sales of around 12,500 units.

As Xpeng expands the Mona family, the company will also need to carefully position the growing lineup to avoid overlapping with its existing G-series SUVs and P-series sedans while maintaining the affordable pricing strategy that has fueled Mona’s success.
