Despite using a 400-volt architecture, both models offer competitive charging capabilities. They can accept up to 160 kW at DC fast-charging stations, enabling a 20% to 80% charge in 27 minutes. The EVs can recover 150 km (93 miles) of range in just 10 minutes of charging. A new battery pre-conditioning system optimizes charging times during long trips and in low temperatures.

Moreover, the long-range variants utilize Stellantis’ STLA Medium “BEV-by-design” platform, accommodating a battery that’s 15mm thicker than the standard version while maintaining identical interior space and boot volume. This engineering feat demonstrates the platform’s flexibility and efficient design.
