Cadillac has officially entered the Brazilian market with the Lyriq and Vistiq, making the two electric SUVs the first models offered as part of the luxury brand’s new commercial operations in Brazil.

Both models are now available to order through Cadillac’s Brazilian website and will launch in early November, with initial deliveries expected before the 2026 Formula 1 Brazilian Grand Prix.

Lyriq and Vistiq start Cadillac’s Brazilian EV lineup

Brazil marks the first South American market where Cadillac is launching this phase of its international expansion. The Lyriq and Vistiq will target the country’s high-end luxury vehicle segment, with both offered locally in a single Signature Luxury trim.

The Vistiq’s Brazilian Signature Luxury configuration is equivalent to the Premium Luxury trim offered in North America, but adds equipment. Both electric SUVs come standard with dual-motor all-wheel drive and a 102-kWh battery pack, with 95.7 kWh of usable capacity. The battery supports DC fast charging, according to GM Authority.

Cadillac previously opened pre-sales for the two models in early September. The company has also confirmed that the Optiq will join the Brazilian lineup as the next Cadillac EV introduced in the country.

Nancy Serapião, Cadillac brand director for South America, said the new operation is intended to combine the brand’s design and technology with a dedicated customer experience.

“Cadillac arrives in Brazil with a clear proposition: to offer a contemporary interpretation of luxury, combining design, technology, electric performance, and a dedicated experience across all customer touchpoints,” said Nancy Serapião, Cadillac Brand Director for South America.

Three Cadillac Experience Centers planned

The official launch of the Lyriq and Vistiq will coincide with the opening of three Cadillac Experience Centers in São Paulo, Curitiba and Brasília.

Cadillac says the two SUVs will officially launch in Brazil in early November, while initial customer deliveries are expected to begin before the country’s 2026 Formula 1 Grand Prix, which is scheduled for the first weekend of November.

The Brazilian launch gives Cadillac an all-electric starting point for its South American expansion, with the Lyriq and Vistiq serving as the first models in a lineup that will soon expand with the Optiq.
