The numbers mark a steady operational pace for the EV maker.

Lucid produced 3,863 vehicles and delivered 3,309 units in the second quarter of 2025, the company confirmed Tuesday. That marks an 83% year-over-year increase in production and a 38% rise in deliveries, setting a new record for quarterly handovers.
Lucid’s production and delivery totals missed Wall Street expectations. Analysts polled by Visible Alpha had forecast 4,305 vehicles produced and 3,611 delivered in Q2, meaning Lucid underperformed on both fronts, according to Investing.com. Still, the year-over-year improvements show that Lucid is steadily expanding output and customer reach.
Demand for the company’s high-end EVs remains soft amid high interest rates and growing consumer preference for cheaper hybrid and gasoline-powered models. However, Lucid reiterated its commitment to its full-year production target, offering investors some reassurance as other automakers have recently withdrawn guidance due to market uncertainty.
In total, Lucid produced 6,075 vehicles and delivered 6,418 units in the first half of 2025, as per the automaker’s Q2 vehicle delivery and production report.

Lucid will report its Q2 2025 earnings on Tuesday, August 5 at 2:30 p.m. PT / 5:30 p.m. ET via live webcast. To encourage investor participation, Lucid is partnering again with Say Technologies to allow retail and institutional shareholders to submit and upvote questions for management. The Say platform will open for submissions on July 22 and close on August 4.
Additional financial metrics, including net income and cash flow, will be shared alongside Lucid’s performance outlook for the remainder of 2025.
