As Kia America gains ground in the United States (U.S.) for its electric vehicle (EV) lineup, the company has officially announced pricing and feature upgrades for the 2025 Niro EV model.

According to Kia, the 2025 Niro EV arrives with additional safety and tech enhancements across trims, while pricing starts at $39,600 for the base Wind trim and $44,600 for the top-tier Wave trim, excluding a $1,375 destination charge.

In terms of performance and range, the 2025 Niro EV delivers an EPA-estimated range of 253 miles on a single charge, powered by a 64.8 kWh battery. With DC fast-charging capability, the Niro EV can quickly recharge, minimizing downtime and enhancing convenience for drivers.

The 2025 Niro EV incorporates technology upgrades and safety enhancements in both the Wind and Wave trims. For the base Wind trim, Kia has introduced a larger 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, providing clear, easy-to-read driving information, and a rotary dial transmission controller for smoother handling.

The Wave trim, in addition to its starting features, now includes a Head-Up Display (HUD) and an improved Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) suite, which incorporates Blind-Spot Collision Avoidance Assist with Parallel Exit capability, a 10-way power-adjustable passenger seat, Parking Collision Avoidance – Rear, and the innovative Remote Smart Park Assist feature. Moreover, both trims of the 2025 Niro EV arrives with rear seatbelt pre-tensioners as a standard safety feature across the lineup.
