Xiaomi EV reported 46,249 vehicle deliveries in November, marking its first month-over-month decline since July as the SU7 sedan lineup posted a steep drop. Despite nearly doubling year-on-year, total deliveries slipped 4.94% from October, underscoring mixed momentum across the portfolio. The newer YU7 SUV remained a bright spot with another record-setting month, while SU7 demand continued to soften heading into year-end.

YU7 SUV powers ahead with record results as cumulative deliveries top 114,000

The YU7 SUV continued its rapid ascent in November, delivering 33,729 units, slightly above October’s total and enough to set a new monthly record. The model, launched in late June and positioned directly against Tesla’s Model Y, has quickly become the company’s strongest performer. Cumulative YU7 deliveries reached 114,584 units by the end of November, reflecting steady growth since customer deliveries began in early July.

Xiaomi EV reported that its total January–November deliveries hit 361,625 units, bringing cumulative deliveries since its EV debut to more than 500,000. The sustained strength of the YU7 has helped offset broader market volatility in China’s competitive EV landscape, where SUVs continue to outpace sedans in buyer interest, according to CNEV Post. Xiaomi reiterated that November deliveries exceeded 40,000 units overall, though detailed breakdowns were only confirmed in CPCA data released Monday.

SU7 sedan lineup faces steep month-to-month and year-over-year declines

The SU7 sedan series, comprised of the standard SU7 and SU7 Ultra, experienced another sharp pullback. November deliveries fell to 12,520 units, down 16.49% month-over-month and 45.93% year-over-year. This marked the second straight month of year-over-year declines and the fourth consecutive month of sequential declines, signaling sustained cooling in demand for Xiaomi’s launch-model sedan.

From January through November, the SU7 lineup delivered 247,041 units, maintaining significant volume but losing ground to the surging YU7. Earlier this month, Xiaomi EV confirmed it had accelerated production of certain models to help buyers capture more favorable purchase-tax incentives before year-end, a strategy aimed at stabilizing demand ahead of 2026’s competitive cycle.
