Tesla is also incorporating wireless induction charging as a standard feature, offering seamless and efficient recharging.

With an estimated operational cost of just $0.20 per mile, the Cybercab promises to be an economical solution for city commuting. Tesla is targeting a consumer price of under $30,000, making this advanced technology more accessible to the public. Production of the Cybercab is anticipated to begin in 2026 or 2027, marking the next step in Tesla’s quest to revolutionize autonomous driving and urban mobility.

The Cybercab features a distinct gold finish, matrix headlights embedded in a front light bar similar to the Cybertruck, and a large hatchback trunk. Tesla demonstrated 20 Cybercabs at the event, showcasing their autonomous capabilities as they shuttled passengers around the Warner Bros. backlot.

Robovan: A 20-Seat Autonomous Vehicle
