MINI Set To Unveil Two New John Cooper Works EVs At 2024 Mondial de l’Automobile

In a bold move towards furthering its electric vehicle (EV) lineup, MINI is set to make waves at the 2024 Mondial de l’Automobile in Paris with the unveiling of its fully electric model family. MINI is set to showcase an array of EVs, including two world premieres.

The spotlight at MINI’s exhibit will undoubtedly be on the two new all-electric John Cooper Works models making their global debut. These high-performance EVs are set to demonstrate how MINI’s racing heritage translates into the electric age, featuring exclusive, sporty designs, optimized aerodynamics for reduced energy consumption, and the brand’s signature agile handling. 

The Electric MINI Family Expands

According to MINI’s parent company BMW, MINI will present its complete electric lineup alongside the John Cooper Works premieres. The MINI Cooper SE, the electric incarnation of the classic three-door MINI, offers a range of 387 to 402 km (WLTP), delivering the iconic MINI “go-kart feeling” in an all-electric package. 

The new MINI Aceman SE, a crossover model bridging the gap between the Cooper and Countryman, features a five-seat configuration in a compact four-meter length, with a range of 382 to 405 km (WLTP).

For those seeking more adventure, the MINI Countryman SE ALL4 provides all-wheel drive capability, an extended range of 399 to 432 km (WLTP) and a spacious, adjustable trunk for versatility. This diverse range of EVs demonstrates MINI’s commitment to catering to various driving needs while maintaining its distinctive character.

Urban Electric Mobility Reimagined

MINI’s electric lineup is particularly relevant in the context of Paris, a city at the forefront of urban traffic restructuring. The brand’s focus on efficient, powerful electric mobility aligns perfectly with the growing demand for sustainable transportation in metropolitan areas.
