Lucid Motors announced that all Lucid Air models will gain access to Tesla’s Supercharger network starting July 31. The company also revealed updates for its 2026 Air lineup, including more range, enhanced comfort features, and improved ADAS capabilities across all trims.

Tesla Supercharger access goes live July 31

Starting this month, every Lucid Air owner, regardless of model year or trim, will be able to charge at Tesla Superchargers across North America using a Lucid-approved NACS adapter. The adapter is priced at $220, and it will enable charging speeds of up to 50 kW, allowing for up to 200 miles of range added per hour, according to Lucid in a press release

Charging sessions will be managed through the Lucid app, which also handles payment. The move expands fast-charging options for Lucid owners, as the company continues to support CCS1 public charging networks as well.

Lucid’s Senior VP of Powertrain Emad Dlala noted that the update is designed to make the ownership experience better. “In addition to offering the longest-range electric vehicle available, Lucid is committed to offering our customers seamless and wide access to public charging. Access to the Tesla Supercharging network for the Lucid Air is yet another major milestone,” the executive said.

2026 Air lineup gains performance, comfort, and tech

Lucid also confirmed updates to the entire 2026 Air lineup. The Air Grand Touring retains its 512-mile EPA range, while the Air Touring receives a 6% range boost to 431 miles. All three Air trims, the Pure, Touring, and Grand Touring, now feature upgraded AC compressors to improve cooling capacity while further reducing ambient noise in the cabin.

Interior upgrades include optional 20-way front seats with massage for Air Pure, now standard on Touring and Grand Touring, along with an optional Comfort & Convenience package featuring a rear touchscreen and expanded center console storage. The DreamDrive Pro system is also being upgraded with new Hands-Free Drive Assist and Hands-Free Lane Change Assist features, which are designed to reduce driver fatigue during highway travel.

U.S. pricing starts at $70,900 for the Air Pure, $79,900 for the Air Touring, and $114,900 for the Grand Touring.
