VinFast Signs 12 New Dealers In The U.S. 

With The Addition Of 12 New Dealerships, VinFast Now Has 18 Dealerships Across The U.S.

VinFast Auto has made new strategic moves by officially signing agreements with 12 new dealerships across the United States (U.S.) with plans for growth in its electric vehicle (EV) market. This expansion also highlights the company’s goal of broadening its distribution network while advancing EV adoption.

The operations of the 12 new VinFast dealerships will start in April 2024 and will join the rest of the VinFast Auto dealerships, bringing a total of 18 dealerships in the U.S. EV industry. These dealerships are spread across seven states, including North Carolina, New York, Texas, Florida, Kansas, Connecticut, and Kentucky. Notably, California has 15 operational VinFast stores and service centers as the state has a high EV adoption rate. 

In addition to its U.S. expansion, VinFast is expanding in Canada, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. There are also more plans to increase the pace in the establishment of its EV manufacturing plants in the U.S. and India with an additional plant in Indonesia. Furthermore, the company has stated previously stated it will construct of a $4 billion factory near Raleigh, N.C. with production starting at the end of 2025.

To kick off the start of the new dealerships in the U.S., VinFast will hit its VF 8 model with sales offers along with the VF 9, and the VF7 after its U.S. launch. Also, if you are considering a VinFast EV model, you can benefit from a market-leading after-sales policy according to VinFast. This will feature a 10-year/125,000-mile warranty and an equivalent warranty for the battery under standard use. 

Moreover, to ensure consistent quality in maintenance and repair services, VinFast’s parts distribution center will be accepting submitted requests from authorized dealers through a dedicated system, which are promptly processed and delivered.

Mr. David Duncan, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at VinFast U.S., expressed the expansion with 12 new dealerships stating, “Leveraging the network of stores, market experience, and capabilities of leading US dealers, VinFast will quickly deliver high-quality, competitively priced electric vehicles to consumers, along with outstanding after-sales policies. This establishes a solid foundation for VinFast’s strong growth in the US market.”

VinFast’s journey into the U.S. EV market is being held high with the company making several plans for expansion while preparing for its upcoming EV model releases.
