In this new software update, there will be a letter grade on each different charging station. These grades range from A to F in standards of performance and reliability. The grading standards also include peak charging rate, payment success, and overall session reliability. These gradings are set from the data that the Rivian EVs collect every time they are being charged at each charging station. In addition, this software update adds better modifications to the rear passenger display screen, which allows you to view trip details and estimated arrival times with ease.

If you own a Rivian, you can see these grades from the navigation system and the Rivian app. Moreover, the navigation system will set higher-rated charging stations for you when you are out searching for an EV charging station.
