According to Hyundai, the offer is available to new 2025 IONIQ 5 N customers who purchase or lease the EV model with options including the selection between a ChargePoint Home Flex Level 2 EV charger (retail value $549) or a $450 charging credit.

Moreover, new buyers will have 90 days from the date of purchase or lease inception to redeem the offer. For those who bought the EV model before July 16, 2024, they will have until October 14, 2024, to redeem it. Furthermore, the $450 credit can be used across multiple charging networks including EVgo and Shell Recharge, through the ChargePoint mobile app. This credit is valid for two years from the redemption date.

Despite the charger being free of cost, the installation costs are not included. Hardwired installation through a Hyundai Home service provider is required and must be completed within 180 days of purchase or lease.

To take advantage of this offer, IONIQ 5 N customers need to create a profile on the Hyundai Home Marketplace. Hyundai Home Energy Advisors are available to guide buyers through the installation process for those opting for the home charger.
