In the realm of electric vehicle (EV) autonomous driving, XPeng is gearing up for a major revelation at the upcoming Paris Motor Show, set to take place from October 14 to 20, 2024. The company plans to use this platform to showcase its plans for AI integration in its EVs and unveil new models.

Brian Gu, Vice Chairman and President at XPeng, emphasized this commitment stating, “We are deeply committed to the European market and are excited about our ongoing efforts to expand our presence in the region.”

At the event, XPeng will present its roadmap for expanded AI integration and introduce its latest vehicle model incorporating these advancements according to XPeng. The company will also unveil the next generation of its operating system, Tianji XOS 5.4, specifically tailored for the European market.

Moreover, this new system will be accompanied by a showcase of XPeng’s new smart cockpit, featuring advanced personalized customization options for displays and frequent over-the-air (OTA) updates.

One of the highlights of XPeng’s presentation is expected to be the MONA M03, with MONA standing for “Made of New AI.” This EV model represents XPeng’s vision for the future of AI-powered EVs, promising adaptive, AI-driven experiences on European roads.

XPeng P7+ Set To Launch

XPeng is also preparing for the launch of its new P7+ sedan, which made its real-life debut at the Apsara Conference held by Alibaba. Driven by XPeng’s CEO He Xiaopeng, the lightly camouflaged P7+ is positioned as the world’s first AI vehicle, according to the company. The P7+ is expected to go on sale and begin deliveries in Q4 this year.

The P7+ represents a new step forward in XPeng’s AI car strategy. The company claims that this model has been developed with full application of AI technology from the start, featuring autonomous learning capabilities to proactively meet driver and occupant needs. XPeng states that the P7+ will showcase a new smart driving solution not limited by cities, routes, or road conditions, offering door-to-door driver assistance functions.

As XPeng continues to push the boundaries of AI integration in EVs, the company’s presence at the Paris Motor Show and the upcoming launch of the P7+ mark important milestones in its global expansion strategy. With these developments, XPeng aims to position itself as a leader in AI-powered electric mobility, not just in China but on the global stage.
