GMC has started delivering the all-new 2024 Sierra EV Denali Edition 1 electric vehicle (EV) to buyers across the United States (U.S.). This premium electric pickup truck delivers an estimated range of 440 miles, a major improvement over the previously estimated 400 miles.

“Alongside the HUMMER EV Pickup and SUV, GMC is now the only brand with three electric trucks,” stated Duncan Aldred, global vice president of Buick and GMC. “The Sierra EV is the ‘Denali of EVs’ and the best truck ever made. Period.”

The Sierra EV Denali Edition 1 is powered by GMC’s Ultium electric platform, which delivers a GM-estimated 754 horsepower and 785 lb-ft of torque in its maximum “Max Power” mode. This allows the electric truck to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in less than 4.5 seconds.

Moreover, the Sierra EV Denali Edition 1 also arrives with a maximum towing capacity of 10,000 lbs and the ability to haul items nearly 11 feet in length due to the GMC-first MultiPro MidGate expandable bed. Also, an additional “eTrunk” provides even more cargo space at the front of the EV.

As GMC previously stated about the 2024 Sierra EV Denali Edition 1, its starting price will be $99,495 including a destination charge. Now that it has started deliveries, the Sierra EV Denali Edition 1 will now be able to land in the hands of its buyers.
