The 2025 Cadillac OPTIQ will be available in four trim levels, with prices ranging from $54,390 for the base Luxury 1 model to $57,090 for the top-tier Sport 2 variant. These prices include a $1,495 destination charge. The lineup also includes the Sport 1 at $54,990 and the Luxury 2 at $56,590.

All OPTIQ models feature a dual-motor all-wheel-drive (AWD) setup, producing 300 horsepower and 354 pound-feet of torque. The EV is built on GM’s BEV3 platform and powered by an 85-kilowatt-hour Ultium battery pack, which Cadillac estimates will provide a range of around 300 miles on a full charge.

For charging capabilities, it has the ability to add 33 miles of range per hour when connected to an 11.5-kW AC source. Using a 150-kW DC fast charger, the OPTIQ can gain up to 79 miles of range in just 10 minutes.

The OPTIQ’s exterior adheres to Cadillac’s current design language, while the interior arriving with a 33-inch LED display with 9K resolution. Standard features across all trims include flush door handles, LED lighting, and a 19-speaker AKG sound system with Dolby Atmos capability. The EV also comes equipped with General Motors'(GM) Super Cruise hands-free driving assist technology.

Importantly, GM expects the 2025 OPTIQ to be eligible for the full $7,500 federal EV tax credit, potentially bringing the effective starting price down to $46,890 for qualified buyers as production of the North American market OPTIQ will take place at GM’s Ramos Arizpe plant in Mexico. The higher-end Luxury 2 and Sport 2 trims will be the first to reach dealerships, with the full range expected to be available as the model year progresses.

With the upcoming arrival of the 2025 Cadillac OPTIQ, its pricing revelation will show its position in the EV market compared to other EVs and also becomes an important step for the company in expanding its EV offerings.
